It’s that time again!
NaNoWriMo time!
This post is 2 days late, but whatever, I have the time and am feeling thoroughly refreshed from Daylight Savings, so here we are!
Title: The Atlantic Island; Mosiacs
Genre: Sci-Fi, Urban Fantasy
Synopsis: Clayton is a poor boy living with his sick mother in the year 3000. When his day is suddenly turned around by a girl falling out of his school vending machine, demanding he has to help her save the world, he doesn’t know what to think. Matters only get worse when his mother is kidnapped, his neighbors do not remember him, and the vending machine girl loses all of her memories. Will Clayton be able to collect whatever the magic pieces are they need in order to save the world, or will he be forgotten forever?
Main Character: Clayton, obviously
Main Supporting Character: Dierdre
Word Count Goal: 50,000
I honestly believe this will be doable because I get 40 minutes a day allotted for this because of writing class!
I’ll keep you guys updated weekly, I think! I may update weekly on both my NaNo progress, and what I’m learning about K’iche from a student I’m helping to teach English to!
We’ll have to see though because I’m bad at this.
I currently have 5,000 words of the novel.
